The majority of our care staff hold a Health and Social Care Diploma or NVQ qualification and receive intensive induction and ongoing training to ensure that Walton Heath Manor provides the best possible residential care.
We also maintain high levels of staffing, so that we have the resources to provide each of our residents with the time and attention necessary to fully meet their individual care and support needs.
Our care team at our care home in Tadworth is complemented by our housekeeping staff, some of whom hold NVQ or Diploma qualifications, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
Other key members of our team are our activities manager Linda May and chefs Michael Secluna and Michael Humphries.
Because the comfort, safety and security of our residents is always a priority, our team includes maintenance technicians Michael Whyte and Mark Fowler, who ensures that Walton Heath Manor is maintained to the highest standards and that any safety issues at our care home in Tadworth, Surrey, are dealt with promptly and effectively.
The Walton Heath Manor team is led by matron-manager Teresa Chandler and deputy manager, Kerry Ryan, who are supported by administrator Carolyn Jones and care co-ordinators Edita Tamosiunaite, Rajveer Ramphal and Sarah Rogers.
